Hanock Wolde-Semait, MDDr. Henock Wolde-Semait (Dr. Wolde), is a double fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon that specializes in benign and malignant tumors of the bone and soft tissues in both adults and children. He also practices general pediatric orthopedic surgery. He specializes in pediatric trauma, scoliosis, extremity deformities and other common conditions. He is an affiliated faculty member of the NYU Winthrop Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He completed his medical school and orthopedic surgery residency at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine & Medical Center. He later completed a year of Orthopedic Oncology Fellowship at MGH (Harvard) in Boston,MA. He was in practice for a few years before he decided to complete a second fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at Baylor (TCH & Shriner’s) in Houston, TX.
